What do I do, if I cannot remember which email address I have registered with you?
If you apply at the desk at one of our libraries with your Danish health insurance card, passport, or driving licence, we can inform you of which mail address you have registered with us, or you can register a new mail address.
If you’re unable to visit us, send us a scan/picture of the above ID, or inform us of your full name CPR and your officially registered address. We must warn you that it involves some risk, if you send details like CPR in an ordinary mail, and you do it at your own risk.
